Dear Parents & Carers,

We hope you are all well and keeping safe.  We’d just like to remind parents and carers of our key worker children that Pebbles Day Nursery will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday, 25th May 2020.

If  you know of anyone who is struggling with childcare arrangements, at Pebbles Day Nursery we are offering weekly sessions for key worker children with no commitment to long term care.  Contact us by email at or call us today on 01792 235320

Our strict hygiene rules remain in force as is reducing the numbers of visitors to the nursery including bringing children to parents and carers at the main door.

September Waiting List

We are now taking names of babies and young children for our September intake.  If you would like to reserve a place at Pebbles for your child/children, you can email or call us today on 01792 235320.

For more information about our nursery, you can visit and take a look at this video which features the activities we have been doing with our key worker children over the past few months

New and Fun Play Areas

We have taken this time when we are looking after a smaller number of children, to make some improvements to some of the areas within the nursery.

These include a dedicated story and reading room with themed illustrations across the walls to create a fun but relaxing learning environment for older children.  For our babies and toddlers, we will shortly be introducing a new soft room to encourage physical play in safe and contained area.

We will be sharing images of these new areas as they are completed. And once we are allowed to do so, we will be happy to show parents and carers around the nursery as we make these improvements.

Enjoying the Warm Weather

As the warm weather continues, after the bank holiday will be introducing a new summer menu for the children, using locally sourced, fresh produce whenever we can.

We would also like to remind parents that, as we continue to play outside as much as we can during the lovely warm weather, that you need to provide sun hats and sun cream for our little ones (duly labelled).  We take every opportunity that we can to spend time playing and exploring outside and these items are essential to keep the children safe from the sun’s harmful rays.

We’d be very grateful if our parents and carers could leave a review about the nursery on our Google Listing (just search for Pebbles Day Nursery and click on the reviews on the listing on right of the page) or our Facebook page

Many thanks
